\"El se\u00f1or es mi pastor; Nada me faltar\u00e1.<\/em>
\nEn verdes pastos me hace descansar;<\/em> Me conduce junto a aguas tranquilas.
\n\u00c9l restaura mi alma;<\/em> Me gu\u00eda por sendas de justicia por amor de su nombre.
\nAunque camine por el Valle de la Sombra de la Muerte, no temer\u00e9 mal alguno, porque T\u00fa estar\u00e1s conmigo.<\/em>
\nTu vara y tu cayado me consuelan.<\/em>
\nT\u00fa preparas una mesa delante de m\u00ed en presencia de mis enemigos.<\/em>
\nHas ungido mi cabeza con aceite, mi copa rebosa.<\/em>
\nCiertamente el bien y la misericordia me seguir\u00e1n todos los d\u00edas de mi vida,<\/em>
\nY en la casa del Se\u00f1or morar\u00e9 para siempre\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

Durante mi tiempo de tranquilidad matutina a principios de esta semana, tuve uno de esos momentos \"\u00a1Aj\u00e1!\" que a veces nos llegan mientras leemos y pensamos. Este Salmo habla del Valle de la Sombra de la Muerte, y comenc\u00e9 a hacerme algunas preguntas. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es este Valle? \u00bfC\u00f3mo se siente? \u00bfC\u00f3mo llegamos all\u00ed? M\u00e1s importante a\u00fan, \u00bfc\u00f3mo lo superamos?<\/p>\n

Mientras investigaba un poco, aprend\u00ed un par de cosas interesantes sobre los valles. Un valle se define como un \u00e1rea de tierra alargada y algo plana que se encuentra entre dos colinas, que generalmente tiene un r\u00edo o arroyo que la atraviesa. Dado que el agua a menudo simboliza la vida, especialmente en las Escrituras, \u00a1no parec\u00eda l\u00f3gico equiparar un valle con la Muerte! Pero tal vez necesitaba ajustar mi pensamiento sobre esto.<\/p>\n

Cada vez que muere alguien a quien amamos, entramos en el Valle de la Sombra de la Muerte. No es la realidad de la muerte en s\u00ed misma, sino m\u00e1s bien una sombra proyectada por la muerte en nuestras vidas. Estar rodeado por una niebla gris flotante. Incapaz de ver claramente el camino por delante. Estar cercado por todos lados. Sentir que mi propia vida y prop\u00f3sito han muerto. Soledad intensa. Todos estos describen el Valle de la Sombra de la Muerte. \u00a1No hay escapatoria m\u00e1s que ir directamente a trav\u00e9s de \u00e9l!<\/p>\n

El Valle puede traer miedo, miedo a todo tipo de maldad, a veces miedo totalmente irracional. \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa con mis finanzas? \u00bfC\u00f3mo me las arreglar\u00e9? \u00bfEstoy segura en mi casa? \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa con mis hijos? \u00bfEstar\u00e9 sola por el resto de mi vida? En este lugar de sombra, el Se\u00f1or, el Gran Pastor camina con nosotros. \u00c9l toma nuestra mano para guiarnos. \u00c9l no est\u00e1 perdido porque \u00c9l ha caminado por este camino antes. \u00c9l brilla una luz en nuestro camino. \u00c9l evita que caigamos.<\/p>\n

Tal vez este Valle sea un lugar de protecci\u00f3n protegido y bien regado para m\u00ed durante un tiempo en el que estoy en peligro de perder mi camino, de ser vencido por Shadow. Solo tal vez necesito cambiar mi perspectiva para entender m\u00e1s claramente el prop\u00f3sito del Valle.<\/p>\n

El Valle es el lugar donde el Pastor puede consolar mi coraz\u00f3n. \u00c9l puede llevarme junto a ese r\u00edo que fluye suavemente y que drena las amplias praderas. \u00c9l trae personas a mi vida para brindar comunidad cuando me siento solo. Me alimenta f\u00edsica y espiritualmente y nutre mis emociones. \u00c9l unge mis pensamientos para que se transformen en pensamientos de gratitud. Mi vida se desborda con Sus bendiciones y, de vez en cuando, el sol incluso comienza a asomarse entre las nubes, trayendo gozo y alegr\u00eda. Mi vida est\u00e1 bajo Su misericordia, y \u00c9l promete estar conmigo para siempre. Eso significa que hay un final para el Valle de la Sombra de la Muerte.<\/p>\n

Un d\u00eda, cuando nuestros corazones hayan sido protegidos y sanados por un tiempo, caminaremos por el otro extremo del Valle hacia un lugar de prop\u00f3sito y sol. En medio de la niebla, a\u00fan no podemos ver lo que ser\u00e1. Pero sabemos que una cosa es cierta, Dios todav\u00eda tiene un plan para darnos un futuro y una esperanza. Una esperanza vencedora. Esperanza llena de fe que nos permitir\u00e1 prosperar y vivir con una nueva alegr\u00eda.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
