As\u00ed que, repasemos esto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">El segundo Principio de Reenfoque para este ministerio es el siguiente:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 80px;\"><em>\u201cEl duelo puede ser intenso y abrumador, y a veces se manifiesta en tristeza inesperada,\nagotamiento o problemas m\u00e9dicos derivados de cuidar a un ser querido a tiempo completo.\nComo parte de mi recuperaci\u00f3n del duelo, he decidido priorizar mi autocuidado, dormir lo\nsuficiente y hacer ejercicio, y prestar atenci\u00f3n a mi salud personal.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 necesito priorizar mi salud y mi autocuidado? \u00bfY qu\u00e9 significa eso realmente? Una vez\nescuch\u00e9 a alguien decir que se pueden identificar las prioridades de una persona con solo mirar dos\ncosas: su calendario y su cuenta bancaria. (Antes dec\u00edan chequera, pero \u00bfqui\u00e9n la usa hoy en d\u00eda?).\nEsto nos dice dos cosas: d\u00f3nde gasta su dinero y d\u00f3nde invierte su tiempo. Profesamos que algo es\nuna prioridad, pero si no hay acciones que respalden nuestras palabras, entonces son solo palabras\nvac\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1 Corintios 6:19-20 dice lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 80px;\"><em>\u201c\u00bfO no saben que su cuerpo es templo del Esp\u00edritu Santo, que mora en ustedes, el cual tienen\nde Dios, y que no son de ustedes?\u00a0 \u00a0 Pues han sido comprados por precio. Por tanto, glorifiquen a\nDios en su cuerpo.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00a1Ay! Nuestro cuerpo es literalmente un lugar sagrado donde mora el Esp\u00edritu de Dios. Soy responsable\nde mantenerlo limpio y en buen estado para que mi cuerpo pueda ser usado para glorificar a Dios.\nPara lograrlo, \u00a1a veces tendr\u00e9 que priorizar el cuidado del templo! Tendr\u00e1 que anteponerse a otras\ncosas que considero necesarias. Como cuando llegan visitas y hay que limpiar la casa. Normalmente\ndejamos todo para poner orden. \u00bfEst\u00e1 su casa en orden para el Esp\u00edritu Santo?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Hay cuatro \u00e1reas b\u00e1sicas que requieren atenci\u00f3n, as\u00ed que empezaremos por ah\u00ed. Quiz\u00e1s recuerde a la\nenfermera del centro oncol\u00f3gico que me hizo una pregunta\u2026 s\u00ed, a m\u00ed, cuando todos estaban\npreocupados por \u00e9l. Me dijo: &quot;\u00bfHas comido, bebido, paseado y dormido la siesta?&quot;. Esas son las\ncuatro \u00e1reas principales esenciales para su buena salud o para su recuperaci\u00f3n a medida que supera\nel duelo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>1.) \u00bfHa comido?<\/strong> La mayor\u00eda de las viudas e dir\u00e1n que este es uno de los aspectos m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de su\nadaptaci\u00f3n. Cocinar parece no tener ning\u00fan prop\u00f3sito, as\u00ed que no lo hacen. No hay un prop\u00f3sito real\nen planificar las comidas, ni siquiera en ir al supermercado. Pasan por el autoservicio, piden comida\npara llevar, comen fuera o cenan palomitas, \u00a1y quiz\u00e1s desayunan las que sobran a la ma\u00f1ana\nsiguiente! Los problemas b\u00e1sicos de nutrici\u00f3n suelen girar en torno a no comer nada, comer todo lo\nque hace da\u00f1o o comer constantemente. Ninguno de estos es particularmente \u00fatil para mantener un\npeso saludable, una buena movilidad y una buena condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Quiz\u00e1s se pregunte c\u00f3mo puede hacer ajustes que le lleven por buen camino con su nutrici\u00f3n.\nAqu\u00ed tiene algunas sugerencias:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Considere planificar sus comidas. Esto funciona mejor si tiene un plan en mente y los ingredientes\nnecesarios a mano para preparar las comidas. Quiz\u00e1s se le ocurran nuevas\nincorporaciones a sus men\u00fas que le encantan.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Invite a sus amigos a compartir una comida. Esto es especialmente \u00fatil si le encanta cocinar y recibir\nvisitas. Al principio puede parecer abrumador, \u00a1as\u00ed que no se complique! Le d\u00e1 la oportunidad de\ncocinar para alguien m\u00e1s y disfrutar compartiendo una comida.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Ap\u00fantesee a un plan de comidas preestructurado como Hello Fresh! o Noom! o cualquiera de los\notros planes disponibles en l\u00ednea. Primero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 han\nencontrado cierto en su propia experiencia desde que falleci\u00f3 su c\u00f3nyuge? \u00bfC\u00f3mo ha afectado la\nsoledad este aspecto de la alimentaci\u00f3n y la nutrici\u00f3n? \u00bfQu\u00e9 peque\u00f1os pasos podr\u00edan dar para\nencaminarse en la direcci\u00f3n correcta?
