Sabemos que debemos confiar\nen Dios para que se encargue de los detalles de\nnuestra vida diaria; nuestras cabezas lo saben. Sin\nembargo, parece mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil creer eso cuando\nestamos en la iglesia el domingo, o cuando todo va\nbien. \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa con los d\u00edas en que las finanzas est\u00e1n\napretadas, o una gran tormenta se desata afuera, o\nincluso cuando simplemente no nos sentimos bien\nf\u00edsicamente? \u00a1No es tan f\u00e1cil cuando algo sombr\u00edo se\ncierne a la vuelta de la esquina o justo debajo de la\nsuperficie donde estamos no podemos verlo!<\/p>\n<p>La semana pasada hablamos sobre nombrar los\nmiedos y ponerlos bajo el Nombre de Jes\u00fas. El\nmiedo se define de la siguiente manera: \u201cuna emoci\u00f3n desagradable causada por la creencia de\nque alguien o algo es peligroso, que puede causar dolor o una amenaza\u201d. En otras palabras, un\nmiedo es m\u00e1s espec\u00edfico y generalmente est\u00e1 relacionado con alguien, algo o una situaci\u00f3n\nespec\u00edfica. <em>\u201can unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat.\u201d<\/em> In other words, a fear is more specific and is generally attached to a someone, a something, or a specific situation.<\/p>\n<p>Esta semana, vamos a echar un vistazo a la ansiedad. El miedo y la ansiedad son dos emociones\nmuy diferentes pero similares. La ansiedad se parece m\u00e1s a esto: \u201cun sentimiento de\npreocupaci\u00f3n, nerviosismo o inquietud, generalmente sobre un evento inminente o algo con un\nresultado incierto\u201d. Tambi\u00e9n podemos definir la ansiedad como aprensi\u00f3n, agitaci\u00f3n o malestar\nexcesivo, frecuentemente acompa\u00f1ado de conductas compulsivas y\/o ataques de p\u00e1nico. Tal\nvez la ansiedad podr\u00eda describirse mejor como una sensaci\u00f3n de fatalidad inminente, o una\nsensaci\u00f3n generalizada de pesimismo, que en realidad no es algo espec\u00edfico, pero que puede\ndesencadenarse por un posible problema o una posible situaci\u00f3n. <em>\u201ca feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.<\/em>\u201d We can also define anxiety as apprehension, agitation, or excessive uneasiness, frequently accompanied by compulsive behaviors and\/or panic attacks. Perhaps we could best describe anxiety as a sense of impending doom, or a generalized feeing of gloom \u2013 not really anything specific but maybe triggered by a possible problem, or a possible situation.<\/p>\n<p>La ansiedad conduce inevitablemente a la preocupaci\u00f3n, que se define como \u201cdar paso a la\nansiedad o al malestar; permitir que la mente de uno se detenga en la dificultad o los\nproblemas\u201d. <em>\u201cgiving way to anxiety or unease; allowing one&#8217;s mind to dwell on difficulty or troubles.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jes\u00fas tiene mucho que decir acerca de la preocupaci\u00f3n en Mateo 6:25-34. En lugar de citar el\npasaje completo aqu\u00ed, si est\u00e1 luchando contra la ansiedad y la preocupaci\u00f3n, la animo a que lo\nbusque y medite en \u00e9l por un rato. Para resumir la ense\u00f1anza de Jes\u00fas sobre este tema: \u201c\u00a1No lo\nhagas!\u201d \u00a1Ay! \u00a1Eso parecer\u00eda indicar que tenemos una opci\u00f3n en el asunto! No s\u00e9 t\u00fa, pero\ncuando me siento ansiosa por algo (y preocupada), puede ser realmente abrumador. Mi mente\nparece atascarse en el &quot;\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasar\u00eda si...?&quot; masticando repetidamente el problema como una\nvaca con su bolo alimenticio.<\/p>\n<p>Probablemente sea seguro decir que el 90% de lo que nos genera ansiedad y preocupaci\u00f3n\nnunca suceder\u00e1. Entonces, \u00bfc\u00f3mo superamos esto, particularmente como viudas? Hay algunas\nclaves que nos pueden ayudar. En 2 Corintios 10:3-6, el Ap\u00f3stol Pablo nos dice lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cPorque aunque andamos en la carne, no estamos haciendo la guerra seg\u00fan la carne.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Porque las\narmas de nuestra milicia no son carnales, sino que tienen poder divino para destruir fortalezas.\nDestruimos argumentos y toda altivez que se levanta contra el conocimiento de Dios, y llevamos\ncautivo todo pensamiento\u2026\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La primera clave es llevar cautivo todo pensamiento intencionalmente. Como indic\u00f3 Jes\u00fas,\ntenemos una opci\u00f3n cuando se trata de los pensamientos en los que nos permitimos\ndetenernos. No podemos caminar hacia adelante mientras masticamos continuamente lo que\nest\u00e1 detr\u00e1s de nosotros. Permitir que nuestras mentes repasen una y otra vez las situaciones\nque pueden o no suceder, o incluso las cosas que ya sucedieron pero todav\u00eda estamos ansiosas\n(inquietas) nunca conducir\u00e1 a la paz. Esto solo capturar\u00e1 nuestras mentes en un atolladero que\nda vueltas y vueltas y conduce a la tristeza y la perdici\u00f3n, la inquietud y la aprensi\u00f3n. \u00a1Ejercita\ntu libre albedr\u00edo y comienza a llevar cautivos esos pensamientos!<\/p>\n<p>La siguiente clave es traer cada pensamiento ansioso al Padre que cuida de ti. Filipenses 4:6 nos\ndice que demos a conocer nuestras peticiones a Dios. Podemos traer cada ansiedad, cada\npreocupaci\u00f3n y cada preocupaci\u00f3n que agobia nuestras mentes a Su presencia, pidi\u00e9ndole\nayuda con eso. Realmente es as\u00ed de simple y, sin embargo, muy dif\u00edcil.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando est\u00e9s en esta nueva etapa de aprender a vivir como viuda, s\u00e9 amable contigo misma.\nTodos somos propensas a los miedos y las ansiedades a medida que aprendemos a adaptarnos.\nEs realmente un consuelo saber que no necesitamos vivir como esclavas de estas emociones\ninc\u00f3modas y debilitantes. Jes\u00fas camina a nuestro lado para ayudarnos a llevarlos y vivir en\nabundancia. Ha venido para ayudarnos a prosperar, no solo a sobrevivir. Dice que tiene un plan\npara darnos un futuro y una esperanza. Eso puede ser dif\u00edcil de comprender durante los\nprimeros meses o incluso a\u00f1os de ser viuda. Pero a medida que aprendemos a confiar en \u00c9l y a\napoyarnos en Su Palabra, se vuelve m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n<p>Pasa tiempo intencionalmente en su presencia, cuenta tus bendiciones con un coraz\u00f3n de\ngratitud, nombra tus miedos y lleva cautivo cada pensamiento.
