EL EFECTO MARIPOSA<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u00bfAlguna vez has tenido d\u00edas de \u201cpensar en cosas\u201d? Hoy es fr\u00edo y lluvioso, y de alguna manera\nparece adecuado para un "d\u00eda de reflexi\u00f3n". Entonces, s\u00edrvase su caf\u00e9 (\u00a1o t\u00e9!) y hagamos\nalgunas preguntas...<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1nto aire mueve una mariposa cuando agita esas alas incre\u00edblemente hermosas y fr\u00e1giles?\n\u00bfQu\u00e9 distancia recorre ese soplo de aire? \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasar\u00eda si cien mariposas agitaran sus alas a la\nvez? O, mejor a\u00fan, \u00bfy si un mill\u00f3n de mariposas movieran sus alas para agitar un mill\u00f3n de\nbocanadas de aire en el mismo instante? Hay una teor\u00eda, aunque muy improbable, de que si\nsuficientes mariposas agitaran sus alas al mismo tiempo, \u00a1podr\u00edan crear un hurac\u00e1n!<\/p>\n

Pensemos un poco m\u00e1s\u2026. Supongamos que alguien arroja una piedra al oc\u00e9ano. \u00bfHasta d\u00f3nde\nllegan las ondas? \u00a1O qu\u00e9 pasar\u00eda si un mill\u00f3n de personas arrojaran un mill\u00f3n de rocas al oc\u00e9ano\nen el mismo lugar al mismo tiempo! \u00bfPodr\u00edan esas ondas crear un tsunami?<\/p>\n

\u00a1A estas alturas probablemente se est\u00e9 preguntando a d\u00f3nde va esta l\u00ednea de pensamiento! La\nprimera situaci\u00f3n se conoce como \u201cel efecto mariposa\u201d, y la segunda se conoce como \u201cel efecto\ndomin\u00f3\u201d, \u00a1y son cosas reales! Lo que ambas situaciones tienen en com\u00fan es que apuntan al\nefecto acumulativo de algo extremadamente peque\u00f1o e insignificante.<\/p>\n

Hace muchos a\u00f1os, mi esposo y yo est\u00e1bamos cenando con un pastor amigo mayor. Mir\u00f3 a\nDave y dijo: \u201cDavid, Dios ha hecho todo lo posible para asegurarse de que t\u00fa y yo nos sentemos\nfrente a frente esta noche\u201d. Nunca he olvidado esa declaraci\u00f3n. \u00a1Mi mente est\u00e1 completamente\naturdida por la cantidad de decisiones grandes y peque\u00f1as que se tomaron para asegurar que la\ncena se llevara a cabo!<\/p>\n

Cuando comenc\u00e9 con las lecciones de piano a la edad de 10 a\u00f1os, no ten\u00eda idea de que la\ndecisi\u00f3n me llevar\u00eda a Spring Arbor College, donde me especialic\u00e9 en educaci\u00f3n musical y\n\u00a1conoc\u00ed a mi esposo! Eso llev\u00f3 a nuestro matrimonio, a tener una familia, a pasar 50 a\u00f1os en el\nministerio y a nuestro \u00faltimo caminar juntos a trav\u00e9s del c\u00e1ncer. Y todo eso me llev\u00f3 a donde\nestoy ahora como viuda, tocando los corazones y las vidas de muchas otras viudas. Lo mismo es\ncierto para cada uno de nosotras.<\/p>\n

Puede estar pensando que est\u00e1 en este viaje de ser viuda por algo m\u00e1s que su propia elecci\u00f3n\nde libre albedr\u00edo. \u00a1Tendr\u00eda que estar completamente de acuerdo con usted! \u00a1Ninguno de\nnosotras eligi\u00f3 ser \u201cmiembros de este club\u201d! Es posible que hayamos le\u00eddo las estad\u00edsticas en\nalguna parte, \u00a1pero nunca pensamos realmente que NOSOTRAS ser\u00edamos las viudas viviendo\nsolas y enfrentando los desaf\u00edos de la vida solas! Puede sentir que lleg\u00f3 a este punto en el\ntiempo sin tener la culpa.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, lo que quiero que pensemos tiene m\u00e1s que ver con el futuro que con el pasado. El\nefecto mariposa ha estado presente en cada una de nuestras vidas. \u00a1Todas las peque\u00f1as\ndecisiones que hemos tomado a lo largo de la vida han resultado en que estemos exactamente\ndonde estamos hoy! \u00a1Ninguno de ellos se puede cambiar!<\/p>\n

Entonces, hoy tengo preguntas para que cada una de ustedes considere. A medida que\ncomenzamos otro a\u00f1o nuevo, \u00bfqu\u00e9 decisiones tomar\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos meses? \u00bfC\u00f3mo\nafectar\u00e1n sus elecciones a todos aquellos a su alrededor cuyas vidas usted toca? \u00bfAlguna de sus\ndecisiones de este a\u00f1o tendr\u00e1 consecuencias eternas? Estamos en un momento en el que\ndebemos considerar que todas nuestras decisiones y elecciones tienen un significado eterno.<\/p>\n

\u00bfAlguna vez alguien comenz\u00f3 una conversaci\u00f3n con usted de esta manera: \u201cRecuerdo cuando\nusted dijo\u2026?\u201d Ese es un ejemplo del efecto domin\u00f3 en el trabajo. Lo que decimos, lo que\nhacemos, las elecciones y decisiones que tomamos\u2026. Todos son ejemplos de c\u00f3mo las ondas\nllegan a todos y todo lo que toca nuestra vida.<\/p>\n

Este a\u00f1o toquemos vidas y situaciones con el aliento de la mariposa de la esperanza. \u00a1Veamos\nhasta d\u00f3nde pueden llegar nuestras ondas este a\u00f1o! Volv\u00ed a recordar esta semana dos pasajes\nde las Escrituras que nos ayudar\u00e1n a tomar decisiones y elecciones.<\/p>\n

Santiago 1:5 \u2013 \u201cSi alguno de vosotros tiene falta de sabidur\u00eda, p\u00eddala a Dios, el cual da a todos\nabundantemente y sin reproche, y le ser\u00e1 dada.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Proverbios 3:5-6 \u2013 \u201cConf\u00eda en el Se\u00f1or con todo tu coraz\u00f3n, y no te apoyes en tu propio\nentendimiento; Recon\u00f3celo en todos tus caminos, y \u00c9l enderezar\u00e1 tus sendas..\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
